Description
The project aims to provide sustainable master planning and conceptual design studies for potential development around the proposed international sports complex and academy areas. It takes into consideration the visitor count in the area, ensuring proper roads, access, and parking lots with minimum disturbance to surrounding residents. The sports complex and academy design involve a holistic approach to create a sense of social integration and attract people to the site. The first stage of decision-making focuses on the position of the stadium and its spectator gallery, creating an approaching journey for the public to experience the monumental sports arena. The Urban Promenade is designed to take visitors towards the stadium arena while creating harmony throughout the site. The proposed site includes a sports training academy that accommodates academic and residential buildings, integrated through various functions. A self-sufficient road layout with arterial road circulation connects the site with the Betka-Mawa Highway Link Road. Green spaces are maximized to create a soothing and vibrant atmosphere, and a peripheral walkway along the boundary wall increases the sense of security. The landscape design aims to create a soothing and vibrant atmosphere within the site while also serving as a buffer zone to control noise and increase security. The axial force driving the crowd towards the stadium, along with the plaza and approach area, provides a sense of direction towards the stadium. The goal is to build a landmark building with top-notch sports facilities that bring people together.
